With over 25 years of experience in the Promotions, Demonstrations and Merchandising industries, at Powergirls we really can give you the best service you can imagine. Many of our field force have worked for us for a number of years. Our Booking Supervisors have worked with many of the field force covering all manner of promotion and merchandising jobs so you know you'll be in good hands.

The Brief

A brief agreed between Powergirls and the client will be received by the Supervisors before the promotion begins. This will include Tips for Demonstrators in how to engage the customer in conversation about the product or promotion in question. It will also help the promoter to encourage customers to sample the product and to make themselves and product as attractive to the buying public as possible.

Running your Promotion

On the day of the promotion, a member of the Powergirls Team at our Dorking Head Office is in situ available to answer questions or troubleshoot if they are required to do so.

Post Promotion

Selectively, after the promotion we check with some store Department Supervisors to ensure the demonstrator worked on the given day and to a satisfactory standard. At Powergirls we have noticed the more involvement and interest in the promotion for the field force, the more enjoyment and job satisfaction they gain from it. Feedback on the success of the promotion to them via the website (Client and Employee Areas coming late 2007) will create a team spirit and loyalty to Powergirls.
