Demonstrators - Nationwide

As a rapidly growing promotions company we are looking for new people to join our friendly demonstrating team. Successful candidates will be smart, enthusiastic and articulate with an outgoing personality and great interpersonal skills. Due to the nature of this work it is essential for strong spoken and written English skills.

Each job is different so you will need to maintain a motivated and flexible approach to your work but all jobs involve hands-on chatting to customers about products and handing out samples, all in a thriving sales environment, as well as providing written feedback to the vendors of the products.

Work is flexible; you let us know when you are free and we will advise on what work we have available. We work to a 7.5 hour day but we also have available 2 to 4 hours work a day covering other demonstrators break times.

Training opportunities are available and will be given on specialised products, as necessary and you will be asked to carry out a hygiene training course within 90 days of your start date which carries a fee of £35. Free parking is available and uniform is provided.

Applicants must be over 18 years old (due to alcohol being sold on the premises) and be able to provide proof they are eligible to work within the UK.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Reports to Supervisor
• Demonstrate a variety of products in a warehouse environment
• Professional at all times
• Follow all Company and Client procedures
• Attend training when required
• Follow Company staff handbook
• Clean in appearance and follow company dress code
• Obtain a Basic Food Hygiene certificate within 90 days
• Follow all Food Safety, Health and Safety guidelines & terms and conditions
• Interact with members and obtain and report feedback
• Support the Supervisor and the rest of the demonstration team
• Encourage a pleasant working environment
• Attend new store openings where applicable
• Work as part of a team

Home Based Team Managers: We are currently recruiting for the following area: Area 4 - Manchester, Liverpool and Chester

Working 2-3 days per week, leading a team of promotional People (demonstrators), Merchandisers and Mystery Shoppers

We are looking for self-motivated Team Managers to manage your own team of demonstrators, Merchandisers and Mystery shoppers who will be working either on contract or on a tactical basis. Must have own car and internet connection preferably broadband.

Initially you will manage an existing team but ultimately you will be responsible for their recruitment, performance, quality of work and identify any course of action required for improvement and be proactive in the implementation.
